IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR PURCHASE TODAY
An electronic (Email) confirmation of your travel voucher purchase was sent to your chosen email address today at the time of your purchase. This Electronic package delivery serves as delivery, fulfillment and proof of your purchase. You have 30 calendar days from the purchase date to request a cancellation and/or refund of your purchase. This is a promotional package and is subject to these terms and conditions:

This is a limited offer and is not valid for residents of Illinois, California, Hawaii, Alaska, Nevada and any other state where prohibited by law and where state registration and/or licensing requirements have not been met. This promotion is not valid for group travel, anyone directly or indirectly associated with the sponsor or any of its affiliates, timeshare owner households, ANY travel/vacation club member households, honeymooners, or retirees.
Travel may not occur within 60 days of purchase.
This promotion does not include airfare, port charges, transportation, hotel taxes, governmental taxes, resort fees, service charges, meals, roll away beds, room upgrades, charges made during your vacation, additional nights, phone usage and/or any other incidentals or items of a personal nature. Some of these items may be available as optional upgrades and are subject to availability. Any upgrade/extended stay costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Hotel taxes and fees must be paid by the purchaser to the resort or hotel at the time of travel. Travel during special events and time periods around Christmas, New Years, Easter Week, 4th of July, Thanksgiving may be unavailable. Any changes to cruise travel dates must be made at least 20 days in advance. A PASSPORT IS REQUIRED for any travel outside of the U.S. except for the BAHAMAS (ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS ACCEPTED FOR CRUISE/BAHAMAS STAYS). In the event Booked Travel is informed by the hotel that either your selected travel dates, accommodations or presentation have become unavailable, Booked Travel reserves the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value or an alternative touring location (if available), or a full refund of the total monies paid to Booked Travel excluding the service and handling fee of $39.99 incurred from reservation enrollment and/or modifications to package. Booked Travel acts as an agent for travel services and shall not be liable for any loss, costs, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, any verbal claims or representations including but not limited to any claims or representations by third parties, indirect, incidental, special consequential, or punitive damages arising from, or in conjunction with, use of this Vacation Certificate.
All operators are independent contractor suppliers, each of which has obligations and limitations associated with liability to the purchaser directly. Booked Travel is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, terrorism, or Acts of God. Names and addresses obtained during this promotion may be used for the purpose of soliciting sales of timeshare and/or discounted vacation products and travel services. You agree for Booked Travel and its affiliates to contact you by mail, email and/or telephone, including through the use of an automated telephone dialer, in which case a pre-recorded message may be left on your answering machine, concerning this and any other future promotions.
Rescheduling and Adjusting Your Reservation:
If you wish to re-schedule, add extra nights, or make any other changes to your reservation, please call our Reservations Department at 877-277-2005 or e-mail us at: info@bookedtravelconcepts.com. If leaving a voicemail or e-mailing, please mention your name, travel destination, reservation number, original date of arrival and departure, and new date of arrival and departure.
Cancelling Your Reservation:
Changes to/cancellations of existing reservation without any fees or penalty must be made in writing by sending a detailed written request to Booked Travel by fax, email or mail so long as you submit such request within a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date. Any changes made to the reservation less than seven (7) days prior to arrival date are subject to $39.00 Accelerated Processing fee. Failure to check-in on the confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiting the value of entire vacation package.
If you activate your vacation package within the 30-day cancellation period or at any point, any and all refunds will be null and void. If the package is altered via price reduction, the package will be nonrefundable. Requesting any single change or adjustment to your package in the form of price or travel components, will constitute activating the package. Making any single reservation or requesting any single component(s) of the package to be mailed, emailed or fulfilled for you in any manner will constitute activating the package. Using any single component of the package, and then cancelling that request will still result in the package being active. You will retain your right to use any or all components of the package, in the form of travel; cancellation and/or modification fees may apply. Failure to check-in on the confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiting the value of entire vacation package.
PLEASE REMEMBER: No refunds will be given for no-shows, early checkouts or unused nights. In order to receive a refund expeditiously, a cancellation request form must be completed and sent via email, fax or mail to:

By purchasing you agree to and understand that All FINAL CREDITS are processed by the accounting department of Booked Travel. By purchasing you hereby waive your right to dispute your purchase, or file and/or initiate a chargeback with your bank/creditor. By purchasing you hereby authorize Booked Travel and its marketing partners, agents and/or affiliates to contact you by mail, email and/or telephone concerning your request. Booked Travel reserves the right to process, if necessary, any and all refunds to clients via corporate check which will be mailed by priority mail services within 30 days of refund request by the accounting department of Booked Travel.
